We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do NOT cover the cost for return shipping.
You must have an account to create a return shipment. If you place orders as guests, you will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert your guest account into a customer account.
All items returned should be returned with a completed Return Form. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded. We ask that you return your items to us within 15 days of receiving them in the exact condition in which they were shipped along with your return form. Please bear in mind that if an item came with a hanger, this is also a part of the item and needs to be returned as well.
Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the goods are found to be damaged, show signs of wear, or without original tags and packaging.
Simply follow the steps below:
- You have to initiate return.
- Complete the Return Form enclosed in your order. For returns outside of EU countries please also send the Commercial Invoice supplied with your order.
- Wrap the item securely making sure the completed return form is inside the package.
- The return should be sent to: BOYS & GIRLS PREMIER, Arch. Makarios III Avenue, 213 D-E, Maximos Plaza, Limassol, 3105, Cyprus. Please ensure you return using either ACS, UPS, DHL or the post. Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records.
Tracking of returns and refunds
Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 10-14 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email from a member of our Customer Support team. Refunds are administered to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
